Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, perform and bill for your pressure washing service. We never sell your personal information, and our website uses no third-party trackers.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Spraydaddys Inc. ("Spraydaddys," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit spraydaddys.com (the "Website"), request a quote, sign up for offers, communicate with us, or hire us for pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, or other exterior cleaning services in Los Angeles County, Long Beach, and surrounding areas (together, the "Services").

We are a local service business, not a data company. We collect only what we need to quote, schedule, perform, and bill for your job, and to stay in touch if you ask us to. We do not sell your personal information, and our Website does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

The short version: We use your information to give you a quote, do the work, and get paid. We never sell or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. All Website files are self-hosted, so no outside analytics or ad networks watch what you do on our pages. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (213) 866-1990.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Spraydaddys Inc. is the business responsible for your personal information under this Privacy Policy. You can contact us at:

This policy applies to information we collect online through the Website and offline when you call, text, email, or meet us at your property. It does not apply to websites or services operated by other companies, even if we link to them.

2. Information we collect

We collect three kinds of information: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Website, and limited information we receive from third parties.

Information you provide to us

  • Quote and contact requests. When you use the quote or contact forms on our Website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the service you are interested in, your preferred service date, and any message you choose to include (for example, details about your property, surface type, or access instructions).
  • Newsletter and text-offer signups. When you sign up for our email newsletter or text offers (including our 15% new-customer discount), we collect your email address and, for text messages, your mobile phone number and a record of your consent.
  • Service and billing details. When you book a job, we collect your service address, the areas to be cleaned, gate codes or access notes, the names of anyone authorized to let us on site (such as a property manager or tenant), and billing contact details.
  • Communications. When you call, text, or email us, we keep a record of the conversation, such as the content of emails and texts, voicemails, and notes our team makes about your request.
  • Photos you send us. If you send photos of your house, roof, driveway, deck, or business property so we can prepare an estimate, we keep those photos with your quote.
  • Feedback and reviews. If you complete a survey, submit a satisfaction-guarantee request, or leave feedback, we collect the information you include.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. Like virtually every website, the company that hosts our Website automatically records standard server log data when your browser requests a page. This includes your IP address, browser type and version (user agent), the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to deliver pages, keep the site secure, and diagnose technical problems.
  • Browser storage on your device. The Website stores a few small preferences in your own browser using localStorage and sessionStorage, such as your cookie-banner choice and, after you submit a form, your first name and requested service so our thank-you page can greet you. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us or anyone else as a tracking identifier. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
  • Price calculator. The online price calculator on our pricing page runs entirely inside your browser. The square footage, surfaces, and options you enter are not transmitted to us unless you choose to submit a quote request.

We do not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service, advertising or social media pixels, session-recording tools, externally hosted fonts, or content delivery networks. All images, styles, fonts, and scripts on the Website are served from our own hosting.

Information from third parties

  • Referral and review sites. If you contact us through an online directory, review site, or home-services marketplace, that platform may pass along your name, contact details, and job description so we can respond.
  • People acting for you. Property managers, homeowners associations, real estate agents, landlords, tenants, or family members may give us your contact information and property details when arranging service on your behalf.
  • Payment processors. When you pay an invoice, our payment processor tells us whether the payment succeeded and may share limited details such as the last four digits of your card, the payment method, and the amount. We do not receive or store full card numbers or bank account credentials.
  • Public sources. We may use publicly available mapping or property information to confirm a service address, estimate square footage, or plan access for our equipment.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to quote and contact requests, prepare estimates, and answer your questions about house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, and our other services.
  • To schedule and perform services, including confirming appointments, sending reminders, giving arrival notices, and coordinating access to your property.
  • To bill and collect payment, issue invoices and receipts, and keep accurate business and tax records.
  • To provide customer support, handle satisfaction-guarantee and warranty requests, and resolve complaints.
  • To send marketing, such as newsletters, seasonal reminders, and text offers, but only where you have opted in or where the law otherwise allows, and always with an easy way to unsubscribe.
  • To improve our Services, for example by reviewing which services are requested most often or which areas we serve.
  • To protect our business and our customers, including keeping the Website secure, detecting spam and fraudulent form submissions, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
  • To comply with the law, including tax, licensing, insurance, environmental (stormwater and runoff), and consumer protection requirements, and to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

We operate in California, and U.S. law does not generally require a business to identify a "legal basis" for each use of personal information. However, to be transparent, and for visitors from places where this concept applies, we rely on the following grounds:

  • Performance of a contract, when we use your information to quote, schedule, perform, and bill for services you request.
  • Consent, for marketing emails, marketing text messages, and the use of property photos in our marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests, such as running and securing our Website, preventing fraud, improving our Services, and defending legal claims, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation, when we must keep records or disclose information to comply with the law.

5. How we share information

We share personal information only as described below.

Service providers

We use a small number of trusted vendors who process information on our behalf and under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us. These include our website hosting provider, our email and form-delivery provider, scheduling and customer-management software, text-messaging platform, payment processors, accounting and bookkeeping tools, and professional advisers such as accountants, attorneys, and insurers. These providers are not permitted to sell your information or use it for their own marketing.

Legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to respond to a government or regulatory request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spraydaddys, our customers, our crew, or the public; or to investigate or defend against a legal claim, including an insurance claim.

Business transfers

If Spraydaddys is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy for information collected under it, and we will notify you if required by law.

With your direction or consent

We will share information with others when you ask us to, for example when you ask us to send an invoice to your property manager or to coordinate with your HOA.

We do not sell or share your personal information. Spraydaddys does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We have not done so in the past 12 months.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"). Although some of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds, we choose to honor the following rights for all California residents, and we are happy to help customers in other states with similar requests where we reasonably can.

Categories of personal information we collect

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information, from the sources described in Section 2, for the business purposes described in Section 3:

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, account log-in credentials, precise geolocation, or financial account numbers with access codes) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. Payment card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processors.

Your rights

  • Right to know and access. You may ask us to disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it.
  • Right to delete. You may ask us to delete personal information we collected from you. We may keep information where the law allows, for example to complete a job you booked, keep tax and invoice records, honor an opt-out, or defend a legal claim. If we must keep something, we will tell you why.
  • Right to correct. You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information, such as a misspelled name, an old phone number, or the wrong service address.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us to record your preference.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any of your privacy rights. Our 15% new-customer text offer is available to anyone who opts in and is not conditioned on giving up any privacy right.

How to submit a request

To exercise your rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request," call us at (213) 866-1990, or write to us at the mailing address above. Please tell us which right you want to exercise and include enough information for us to locate your records, such as your name, email address, phone number, and service address.

Verification

To protect your information, we must verify your identity before responding. We usually do this by matching details you provide (such as your name, phone number, service address, and a recent job date or invoice number) against our records, or by contacting you through the email address or phone number we already have on file. We will ask for no more information than necessary and will use it only for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will explain why.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent to provide written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to verify your own identity directly with us or confirm that you gave the agent permission, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130.

Response timing

We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we may extend the response period by up to another 45 days, and we will tell you the reason in writing. Requests to know may cover the 12 months before your request, or longer where required by law. We do not charge a fee for responding unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

More information about California privacy rights is available from the California Attorney General and the California Privacy Protection Agency.

7. California "Shine the Light" law

California Civil Code section 1798.83 allows California residents who have an established business relationship with us to request information about the personal information we disclosed to third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. Spraydaddys does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If you have questions, email [email protected] with "Shine the Light" in the subject line.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because our Website does not track visitors across other websites over time, does not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies, and does not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities through our Website, we treat every visitor as if a Do Not Track signal were turned on.

The Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser setting that tells websites you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, but we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser that sends it, consistent with California law.

9. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

In line with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this policy: identifies the categories of personally identifiable information we collect through the Website and the categories of third parties with whom we may share it (Sections 2 and 5); explains how you can review and request changes to your information (Section 6); describes how we notify you of changes to this policy (Section 16); states its effective date (top of this page); and discloses how we respond to Do Not Track signals and whether third parties may collect information about your online activities across sites (Section 8). You may visit our Website anonymously; you do not need to give us any personal information unless you choose to request a quote, sign up for offers, or contact us.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. Typical retention periods are:

We may keep information longer if required by law, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with an insurance or legal claim.

11. How we protect your information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business and the type of information we hold. These include encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our Website, restricting access to customer records to the owners and staff who need it, using reputable service providers with their own security programs, using strong passwords and multi-factor authentication on our business accounts where available, and never storing full payment card numbers ourselves. Gate codes and access instructions are shared only with the crew assigned to your job.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by California law. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as card numbers, through our Website forms or by email.

12. Children's privacy

Our Website and Services are intended for adults who own, manage, or are responsible for residential or commercial property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. SMS and text messaging

We send two kinds of text messages:

  • Service messages, such as quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders, weather reschedules, arrival notices, and invoice notices, sent to the phone number you give us when you request a quote or book a job.
  • Marketing messages, such as seasonal reminders, promotions, and our new-customer discount, sent only if you give us your prior express written consent, for example by checking the text-offer box or signing up on our Website.

By opting in to marketing texts, you agree that Spraydaddys may send recurring promotional text messages to the number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We send marketing texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. We will send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will receive no further marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (213) 866-1990 or [email protected]. Opting out of marketing texts will not stop essential service messages about a job you have booked unless you also ask us to stop those. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is shared only with our text-messaging service provider to deliver messages on our behalf.

14. Before-and-after photos of your property

Our crew routinely takes photos before, during, and after each job. These photos help us document the condition of surfaces (for example, existing cracks, oxidized paint, or failing caulking), confirm the quality of our work, and handle any satisfaction-guarantee or warranty request.

  • Documentation photos are kept with your job record and used only for service, quality, and claims purposes.
  • Marketing use of your photos, such as in our project gallery, on social media, or in advertising, happens only with your consent. You can say no at any time, before or after the job, without affecting your service or price.
  • Privacy-safe editing. Before any photo is used in marketing, we crop or blur people, faces, license plates, house numbers, street signs, and other details that could identify you or your address. We do not publish your name or exact address alongside your photos.
  • Withdrawing consent. If you change your mind, tell us and we will remove your photos from our Website and accounts we control within a reasonable time. We cannot recall printed materials already distributed or copies made by others.

15. Visitors outside the United States

Spraydaddys provides services only in Southern California, and our Website is intended for visitors in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Website or submitting information, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where local law gives you additional rights, such as access, correction, deletion, objection, or the right to complain to a data protection authority, you may contact us and we will respond as required.

16. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the Website, change service providers, or if the law changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, such as using your information for a new purpose, we will provide more prominent notice, such as a banner on the Website or an email to customers, and we will ask for your consent where required by law. We review this policy at least once every 12 months.
