General
It always depends on the job, but in most cases we start with site prep. We make sure things are covered and that your property is thoroughly protected. We use water to remove dirt and stains, add our eco-friendly solutions, let them soak in, and then clean the surface a couple of times. Depending on the job, we then apply treatments to help your property stay clean for longer.
Yes, we are insured — we carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. We are professional, courteous, friendly and efficient, and we always follow up after the job is done to make sure you're satisfied. We use the latest equipment and are mindful of the environment.
Yes, we use the best equipment possible to clean your property. If you're not satisfied with the results, let us know and we will re-clean your property at no additional charge (within reason — if mold staining is very severe, sometimes pressure washing cannot completely remove it).
We are an eco-friendly, full-service pressure washing company. We use biodegradable, environmentally conscious cleaning solutions on driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks and roofs — green, industrial-strength products designed to break down mold, mildew and dirt.
No. We don't need customers to be present while we clean. Depending on what we're cleaning, we may ask you to move cars and close windows before we arrive so we can start work promptly.
We serve Los Angeles County and the Long Beach area, including Santa Monica, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, the South Bay, the Gateway Cities and nearby Orange County cities such as Fullerton. See our service areas and ZIP checker.
Yes. We work Monday through Sunday and answer calls 24/7.
Services & methods
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water for hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure and a biodegradable cleaning solution for delicate surfaces like stucco, siding and roofs. Read our full comparison.
Usually yes — fresh and moderate stains come out with degreasers, hot water and spot treatments. Very old stains may leave a faint shadow. See the oil stain guide.
Never. Roofs are soft washed to protect shingles and tiles and to kill algae at the root. Learn more on our roof cleaning page.
An exterior window rinse is included with house washing. Spot-free exterior window cleaning is available as an add-on.
Yes, on most surfaces. Graffiti removal is part of our commercial services and is available to homeowners too.

Eco & safety
Yes, when done properly. We pre-soak and post-rinse plants and ask that pets stay indoors during cleaning. Our solutions are biodegradable.
We protect storm drains with covers and berms and use vacuum recovery where required. Read our article on California runoff rules.
Professional equipment uses far less water than a garden hose for the same area. We also recycle water where possible.
We need access to an outdoor water spigot. Our equipment is gas-powered, so we do not need electricity.
